Additional Agreements

I agree that if I do not declare a value to you, my entitlement will be limited in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of your Terms and Conditions.

I accept full responsibility for arranging the parking and paying any charges at both loading and unloading addresses unless agreed in writing otherwise.

I confirm that any outstanding payments will be cleared before the unloading at the new address.

I acknowledge that waiting time charges may apply (£75 + VAT per hour).

I understand that loft items must be safely accessible.

Final Acceptance

This quotation and its acceptance by you are subject to our Terms and Conditions which you can view/download from the link below. We would particularly draw your attention to Clause 4 and Clauses 9 to 12 which refer to our liability to you in the event of loss or damage. The price(s) we have quoted includes Standard Liability for loss of or damage to your goods whilst they are in our custody and control, subject to you providing us with a declaration of the value of your goods and subject to Clauses 9.1 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions. We would draw your attention to the items for which we will not accept liability, and to the exclusions which apply to our liability.

Important Things To Prepare Before Moving Day

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please make sure the following is ready before our team arrives:

✔ All items to be moved are packed (unless packing service has been booked)
✔ Parking is available for the moving vehicle
✔ Appliances such as fridge-freezers are disconnected
✔ Valuable or personal items are kept separately
✔ Access to both properties is arranged
