I confirm that the goods are my own unencumbered possessions or that I am authorized to enter into this contract on behalf of the owner of the
goods.

I confirm I have read and retained a copy of your Terms and Conditions to which I agree.

I require Standard Liability. I understand that if I do not declare a value Limited Liability will automatically apply.

I agree that if I do not declare a value to you, my entitlement will be limited in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of your Terms and Conditions.

I accept full responsibility for arranging the parking and paying any charges at both loading and unloading addresses unless agreed in writing
otherwise. Parking charges or fines incurred whilst carrying out my removal will be added to the final bill plus VAT.

I confirm that any outstanding payments will be cleared before the unloading at the new address.

I acknowledge that, for fixed-price services, should there be no access to the delivery address preventing the removal team from commencing unloading, the first hour of waiting time is offered at no charge; thereafter, a fee of £75.00+VAT per hour will be applied for each vehicle we use on your moving day.

I understand that for health and safety reasons, we will only move loft items (if the service is included) providing it is properly boarded with a lit floor and can be safely accessed by ladder.
