If you don`t want your brand-new carpets to get dirty, we can apply a floor protection folio to protect them from water, dirt, and marks. We can apply in one area only or do a complete cover of the property.

When you are not sure how to reserve parking for our vans, you could call us and ask for help. We can contact your local council or TfL and try to suspend parking spaces for our vans.
What Is Our Standard House Removals Process?
Step 1. We collect your your full moving details needed for us to provide a quotation. If we believe this is not enough, we suggest doing an on-site or video survey to provide a fixed price.
Step 2. You receive a detailed house moving quote via email, with all the services and prices we will provide for your move.
Step 3. If you are happy to use our services we secure the requested date or dates by sending you an Acceptance form. A 25% deposit is required to be paid upfront, so we can keep the date for your move. The deposit will be deducted on the moving day.
Step 4.If packing is required one day in advance, our packing team arrives with all necessary packing materials at the agreed time to pack all small items like clothes, dishes, and books into our boxes. The stuff you need for the night will be packed on the next day.
Step 5. Our crew arrives on time. They protect floors if needed, and load the van. Hard furniture is covered; soft items are wrapped to stay clean. Large furniture is disassembled, labeled, and reassembled later. Movers do a final check with the customer to ensure nothing is left behind.
Step 6. At the new address, if access is available, our movers unload and assemble furniture in designated rooms. After completing the job, we check each room and vehicle with the customer. Once the job sheet is signed, our crew departs peacefully.

How far in advance should I book my home removal?
Booking your home removal should be done at least 3-4 weeks before the actual moving date. If you are moving during a busy period ( late spring or summer ) , we advise securing our services 5-6 weeks ahead of your house move.
