Yes — you can access our facility 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on major holidays. Just contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule a visit.
💬 Is there a minimum storage period?
The minimum storage term is 1 week, but we can store your items for as long as you need — whether it’s a few days, several months, or years. We offer both short-term and long-term storage with flexible, rolling weekly rates.
💬 What items are not allowed in storage?
We do not allow storing hazardous or illegal items, including explosives, flammable liquids, gas cylinders, chemicals, paint, weapons, perishable food, live plants or animals, and stolen or prohibited goods.
💬 Is my storage insured?
Yes — all stored items are covered by basic insurance for fire, theft, and damage as standard, included at no extra cost. If your items are particularly valuable, we can offer extended coverage — just let us know the value during your booking.
💬 Can I add more items to my storage unit?
Yes — you can bring and place small items into your allocated storage space as long as there is capacity. If the volume of additional items is significant, we reserve the right to adjust your weekly fee accordingly.
